As you teach ... we are BREATHED by our higher self and when we meditate and breathe we connect with our higher self and therefore the thoughts we have become more aligned and external influences get less impacting Interesting that my work this morning on the cube took me out into the East Face - Self Mastery.

Re: Be Creative While You Sleep

Goosebumps and inspiring. This means that the map will become congested and restricted, which is the oposite of what you are trying to achieve.

Re: Be Creative While You Sleep

If you want to use the guitar sample at the end of this podcast for your recordings, see this course on Creating Meditative Visualisations - http://www.recipesforfreshthin...

Re: What blocks light bulb moments?

All so true.
I'm told it's because my words touch people deeply in places they have been avoiding! A recent reviewer of my Resourceful Entrepreneur book on Amazon said this:
"Christine has an extraordinary way with words. They reach deep inside of
you and touch those thoughts you know are there but have been fearful
of acknowledging."

I've had to overcome my fear of being shouted at and ostracized for my writing, the poetry in particular. Having got the first poetry book out there, and given workshops and play days based on my poems, am now much more confident, and using my experiences to help others also find the inner gold and shine.

Re: What’s your Flavour? I've published my first two books this Summer and am still really enjoying the thrill of seeing them in the Amazon Bestseller lists and watching the sales tick up. I've yet to get the 'frequently bought together' milestone so shall look forward to that! Good luck with number 4, I'm working on number 3 and also my first attempt at fiction which I'm really excited about.

Love the book covers by the way :-)

Re: What’s your meta-strategy?

Even more wonderful insights Eddie. I've always thought people and companies should have Listening and Feeling Statements as well as Vision Statements !!!

Re: What’s your meta-strategy?

I love it, I thought about a small distinction which differentiates a meta strategy from a vision statement. A vision statement is something which you want to happen in the future, but you don't necessarily know how it will be achieved and you don't even have perhaps a high level strategy to get there.

A meta-strategy is almost a vision statement, however it has a clear high level strategy that you can chunk down into workable targets.

So for example in the interview I speak about my meta-strategy of building a world without offices (www.worldwithoutoffices.com) and the first part of that strategy is to educate and implement and that is done through a number of media channels and companies, the latest being Intevirtual.

This is what I mean, having a vision, but also having enough of a meta-strategy to understand how to get there.
